Snow, Hobby Lobby, Grow Up!

Continue from last update...
We waited to drop Ploy's luggage at her dorm yesterday. The girls were excited to see college's dorm.

After we sent Ploy's to her room. George drove us to Walmart. I don't know why the kids were so excited to go to Walmart. George and I bought a lot of food for breakfast and lunch. The kids bought snack.

We ate pizza near the school for dinner. It's a good pizza and cheese. I was really sleepy.
I think everybody was sleepy. We're dealing with jet lag after 6:30. George and I try to keep the kids outside until it's dark.

Oh I forget to tell that when we're almost at the pizza place, the snow was falling.
All the girls screamed and after got off from the van, Carrot ran around like crazy. She was really funny.

She amazed how soft the new snow is. Fah also was excited about the snow. It was her first time.
She said she has been to many country but only in summer. She hasn't seen snow before.

Win and Pooh also discussed whether or not they have seen the snow falling.
Pooh thought he saw it in Japan but Win said it was rain. But this is different.

After we got home. All the kids set up their bed and took a shower but Win and Japan were taking the pictures with the snow outside. I can tell they're excited too.
(Cleaning job today belongs to these girls)

This morning I woke up at 6:20 am. We ate cereal with milk, donuts, bananas for breakfast.
We went outside to play snow ball together. Kids loves tolling snow balls to George.
Win and Pooh were making many snow balls, prepare when George came out and hit him.

Just one night everything becomes white.

George tricks the kids to clean the van's windows.(again) They said it's fun but after 3 minutes later they gave up. But we have many victims. Hahaha

All the girls play with snow too. They all want to hit snowballs to George.

Fah told me to take this photo. I think I took a good one.

After the cold morning play, George made hot cocoa for all the kids. This time I have Japan try it before hand. Because he complained last time was too sweet.

After cocoa, George made us lunch sandwich and snack. Yummy!

Now, we're ready to go!

We stopped by at Sarah's house (George's mom) to give her the gift from Gam.
Dada, June, Fah, Carrot had gifts for her too. Pepper (Sarah's dog) is very fat now. But I think it's cute.

After that we go to Manitowoc Library but we stopped by at Hobby Lobby. A place where all girls spend money. June, Didi and Carrot bought a lot of stuffs. Win bought a notebook I guess. While we're shopping happily, George went back to the van to drop his stuff and he found that the last kid who got off the van didn't close the door. The doors wide open! and our stuffs are in there.

The girls like to eat Japan's snack. Hahaha

We have a serious talk about it. If they open the door like this in big town like Chicago, we would lose everything in this van. This situation means that they don't really care about US yet.

First step we make them take care of themselves. The next step is looking around and try to help others, take care of each others because we're in the same team. Trying to do thing as least as possible is not good.

I can imagine what happened in the parking lot. They got off from the van and didn't care who is gonna close and lock the door because they think they're not the last one. But somebody has to be the last one and it's all of them's job to remind the last one to lock the door, help each other.

George and I are not gonna lock lock the door for them or checking after them all the time. So today George told them to grow up. We grow up today and this is not gonna happen again.

We're now at the library to update our blog and learn about money, American and Wisconsin
George also teaches them how to write a blog with more detail.

We're going to Roller Skate this evening after dinner. Some of host family will show up to meet the kids.
We change to Roller Skate today because we just found out that it's closed tomorrow and tomorrow we will go bowling instead.
