My Wedding

It is snowing when I first wake up in the hotel room with Kay, my maid of honor.
I think... Yes it could be nice... wedding and snow.
Then the sun starts to shine so I think..
Wow this is the first time in this week that I see the sun. It's going to be a good day.
Supportive from beloved family and friends, good people who know what their job are..
Everything is perfect.

May asks me why I do I look so relax. I have no idea what I should be worry about.
With a short time to prepare and many things to do beside the wedding. I have low expectation. Only important ingredient are in there, I don't care if I don't have parsley or ketchup.

The wedding is amazing. Everybody shows up on time.
George's family and friends come from different places.
Dori and Kay help me to put my dress together and prepare breakfast and lunch for me.
They're really nice and that's so meaningful. (By the way, I don't eat beef hahaha)

I'm chilling till the last minute before the ceremony. Bridesmaid are called to come out.
There's only me left in the room and I realized I don't have me vows note with me and
no.. I don't remember all of it. I need that paper.
I search thought my messy stuffs quickly and found it on time.

Debbie comes to take me out to the isle. She is our wedding coordinator.
She is very good at her job. Part of it because she loves doing it.

I walk out the door and see Dan, George's dad. He is holding iPad and taking picture of me. His sparkle eyes look at me with a warm smile. I think he is in love with me :p
I walk and stand beside my brother, Petch. He is in pink flower bright shirt.
Debbie sets me dress tail for the last time.

The song starts, Pastor Jim  announce to guests to stand up.
I walk in to the isle with my brother slowly. They're looking at me.

There're so many people taking picture. Honestly, I don't really looking to anyone.
I don't even see the beauty of the candle that George and I order extra for the isle.
I just keep walking to my husband :P He looks so handsome today.
Shaved head... Nice suit...

And as I expect, George's face is as same as the groom in the movie.
He makes me know that I'm beautiful as always.

My brother gives me to George. George says Thank you and well done.
Oh that's not in our 5 minutes rehearsal. I am confuse a little bit.

Pastor Jim reads our reading that we choose and he also chooses more reading for us.
Only 2 times long conversation, I think Pastor Jim knows us very well. He is so casual and funny.

Not so long, Bob, George's best man and big brother gives Pastor Jim the rings and we put it to each other. Now it's time for vows.

Starts with the groom, George. He has an A4 paper nicely printed.
Pastor Jim moves close to us so we can use his tiny microphone.
George's vow is in Thai.

Again... Honestly, I don't understand some of the word but I can guess.
It is super sweet. And yes.. I cry after one sentence and keep cry and cry and cry.
It is a little bit too much but I can't control, plus... I can't control not to laugh too!
George sounds like broken piano. High and low key mix together word after word.

My turn, I spread out my small paper from the hotel in my hand and start to read it out. It comes out that I feel so sensitive even with my vow. I feel too delight.
I say the wrong word and odd pronunciation. Yeaaa it doesn't matter.

More weird, we ask Pastor Jim to do  pour water on our hand and pray like Thai traditional wedding instead of unity candles.

I now pronounce you George and Panida Carroll. You may kiss the bride.

We kiss and we walk though the isle. I love this time the most. I feel like this is real.
We're husband and wife :)

The hardest part just passed.
I actually have no worry about the reception. My husband helps me carry my stuff to the car.

CNC Links is a small golf clubs. The manager is really nice. She provide everything that we need.
I walk in to the restaurant and  go straight to the first thing I'm looking forward to see. CAKE!
I walk to the cake table. It looks perfect. White cake with white flower decorations.
My expectation is lower and what I get.
George! Come here! Have you seen our cake?! I call my husband to see our cake.
I feel thankful for Debbie. She does her job very well. I want to say I like It! again and again.
Our guests seem to enjoy our cake also.

A couple steps to the dining area, Gold and yellow are all around the room. Candles and flowers and ribbons make the room so bright and cheerful. I love it.
Again, it's more than I expect. I feel so happy with everything by now.
Not because the wedding is so perfect for me but it's also perfect for my guests.

Everything is going fine. Many friends and family come to join us.
George's family are so welcome. I'm so happy to be a part of Carroll family. They're funny and sincere.
I wish I could give George the same experience. It's a really good feeling. I'm now have a new family.

We talk we laugh we eat we dance. The food is good. Then the DJ comes, he seems to know the target age.
Justis, Kupsky's son impressed me . He starts to dance without anybody else and he has skill.
Coreen and Corey are a perfect couple.
I have no wonder why they're husband and wife. They are dancing until the party end.
Including Thai Students, All of them dance and have fun accept Gene and Japan.
George and I dance with slow songs. It's too sweet. I think he wants to get a shot like in the movie.
I dance with Dan, George's dad and George dances with his mom also. It's a wonderful time.

I look around and see people happy. I'm happy. George is happy. We just have the best wedding ever.
